Michelange and Dr. Aliette St. Hilaire are the visionary founders of Sacred Garden MindShift™ (SGMS)—a transformational movement dedicated to strengthening marriages, restoring families, and cultivating legacies rooted in faith, love, and purpose.
Married for nearly 40 years, their union is a living testimony to timeless love—a covenant refined through seasons of adversity, financial hardship, personal loss, and profound growth. Through unwavering faith in God, intentional commitment, and steadfast perseverance, they have built a marriage that did more than survive life’s storms—it was strengthened by them.
Together, they have raised three sons, navigated demanding careers and callings, and transformed their lived experiences into a mission: helping couples transcend time-bound challenges and build marriages that leave a generational imprint. Their story reflects the heart of SGMS—love cultivated, not assumed; legacy built, not inherited.
Michelange brings wisdom forged through nearly 28 years as an Operations Manager with Encore, where he has led teams with excellence, integrity, and steady leadership. Known for his grounded presence and practical insight, he equips men to lead their homes with strength, humility, and devotion—believing that a man’s greatest success is measured not only by achievement, but by how he loves, leads, and protects his family.
Dr. Aliette St. Hilaire brings a powerful blend of clinical excellence, spiritual depth, and transformational leadership. A Doctorally prepared, Board-Certified Nurse Anesthesiologist with over 25 years in healthcare and more than 15 years in anesthesiology, she is also an entrepreneur, certified coach, and national speaker. Her journey—from profound adversity to purpose-driven impact—embodies resilience, faith, and redemption. Her work empowers individuals and couples to rise beyond limitations, heal from past wounds, and walk boldly into their God-ordained future.
As founders of SGMS, Michelange and Aliette mentor couples at every stage of marriage—newlyweds, seasoned partners, and those navigating restoration—guiding them to cultivate their Sacred Garden through intentional love, communication, faith, and legacy-building practices.

Robert and Racquel Slawinski
Robert and Racquel Slawinski are a dynamic husband-and-wife team and trusted leaders in the financial industry, known for their expertise, integrity, and heart for education. Racquel began her career in finance over 24 years ago while still in college, and Robert joined her shortly after their marriage 13 years ago, forming a powerful partnership built on shared purpose and vision.
Before entering the financial industry, Robert honorably served nine years in the United States Air Force, followed by continued service to the nation through work with the federal government in Information Technology services. Together, Robert and Racquel bring a unique blend of discipline, strategy, and compassion to their work.
They are both investment advisor representatives, fully securities licensed, insurance licensed, and financial educators, and have been recognized by multiple companies and organizations for their passion and excellence in teaching financial principles. Their ability to simplify complex financial topics has allowed them to effectively lead workshops for businesses, churches, and government agencies, empowering individuals and families with clarity and confidence.

Robert and Racquel are the proud parents of four wonderful children—Emma, Amelia, Matthew, and Joshua. Outside of their professional work, they enjoy cooking together, watching movies, and creating meaningful memories with their family.
Ralph and Aileen Ojeda
Ralph and Aileen Ojeda are devoted pastors, mentors, and marriage advocates with over three decades of marriage and more than 25 years of ministry experience. They are the proud parents of two adult, married children and have faithfully served as Pastors at Palm Beach Church for the past 15 years, after ministering in various locations since 1999, including extensive service throughout South Florida.
Throughout their ministry journey, Ralph and Aileen have been sought-after speakers at churches and conferences across Florida, the Caribbean, and Latin America. Their work is deeply centered on strengthening marriages and families through biblical truth, practical wisdom, and intentional discipleship.
With a heart for covenant and restoration, they have dedicated their lives to mentoring young couples, leading premarital courses, and coaching married couples to build strong, God-centered homes. Their passion is rooted in decades of firsthand experience—witnessing both the triumphs of couples who were equipped with healthy relational tools and the struggles of those who were not.
Aligned with the Sacred Garden MindShift™ philosophy, Ralph and Aileen believe that thriving marriages require intentional cultivation, spiritual grounding, and generational vision. Today, their primary focus is training young married couples to carry forward the mission of building God-centered families, ensuring that faith, love, and legacy are passed on for generations to come.
Lawrence and Dilma Bennett
Lawrence and Dilma Bennett have been married for 33 years and bring over two decades of experience mentoring married couples through church-based workshops and relational teaching. As trained facilitators of the Marriage Dynamics Institute program, they guide couples using proven tools that strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, and support lasting marital unity.
Lawrence has spent nearly 20 years in healthcare, walking alongside patients and families as they navigate complex care needs with compassion and clarity. In addition to his professional role, he serves as an elder and church board member, offering leadership shaped by integrity, service, and a deep commitment to people.
Dilma holds an MBA in Business Management and brings more than 25 years of experience in hospital leadership and strategic communications. She has also served extensively in women’s ministry leadership, creating enrichment programs and faith-based gatherings that foster spiritual growth, healing, and meaningful connection.
Aligned with the Sacred Garden MindShift™ philosophy, the Bennetts mentor couples with authenticity and warmth, drawing from their own journey as parents and grandparents. Their heart is to help couples cultivate love, unity, and resilience—equipping them to build marriages that are Christ-centered, life-giving, and rooted for generations.
Lesley Cadet
Lesley Cadet is a trusted financial educator and pastoral leader with over 30 years of experience serving individuals and families across states and nations. He has been happily married to his wife, Danie, for nearly 35 years, and together they have raised three adult children, modeling faith, commitment, and generational legacy.
Throughout decades of ministry, Lesley has walked closely with families through life transitions, spiritual development, and real-world challenges. In these sacred moments, he witnessed how financial stress often becomes one of the greatest pressures on marriages and households—impacting peace, unity, and purpose.
Driven by this insight, Lesley felt a calling to help families gain clarity, confidence, and stability in their financial lives. Today, he uniquely blends pastoral wisdom with practical financial education, equipping individuals and couples to make informed decisions, build sustainable habits, and steward their resources with intention.

MICHAEL AND DEBI MARKLAND
Michael and Debi Markland are devoted followers of Christ, marriage mentors, and family advocates whose lives reflect faithfulness, sacrifice, and purpose. Married since 1998, they have joyfully walked together for over two decades, raising three children with special needs, whom they affectionately call their “Irish triplets,” all born in 2006. Their journey as parents has deeply shaped their compassion, resilience, and unwavering commitment to family.
Rooted in the Sacred Garden MindShift™ philosophy, the Marklands believe that strong marriages and thriving families are cultivated through intentional love, faith, and daily stewardship—especially in seasons that require extraordinary grace.
Debi Markland is a respected international speaker, trainer, and transformational coach whose voice has inspired leaders and families across the United States, the Caribbean, Africa, Canada, Central America, and South America. She has shared platforms with renowned leadership expert John C. Maxwell, delivering impactful, interactive messages that blend wisdom, lived experience, and practical transformation. With over 25 years of senior executive experience in the financial services industry, Debi has earned multiple top-performance awards. She holds an MBA from the University of Miami along with numerous professional certifications, and is known for empowering individuals to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Michael (Mike) Markland brings a heart for service, discipleship, and family leadership. A graduate of Miami-Dade College with a background in financial services, Mike has faithfully led youth and family ministries in both Miami and Clermont, Florida, and served as Director of Florida Youth Camp for three years. In 2007, he made the intentional decision to step away from corporate work to focus fully on raising his children as a stay-at-home father—modeling sacrificial leadership and covenant-centered priorities.
Together, Michael and Debi actively serve in worship and ministry within the Orlando Church of Christ, living out their calling to strengthen families, disciple the next generation, and reflect God’s love through their marriage and service.
